Delivery:

• All Products are despatched from either the United Kingdom or Italy (dependant on destination).
• We use Mailmark SendPro which is tracked at every stage, including delivery, so we reserve the right to report all claims of non receipt to Royal Mail Investigations and file a corresponding report with the Police where fraud is indicated.
• We use industry standard packaging for all items such as Jiffy Bags and boxes specially manufactured for us for bigger packages.
